According to ESPN, Texas Tech’s win probability never dropped below 99.9% after the opening score. The Red Raiders will face a former Power Five team in Week 3 when Oregon State travels to Lubbock.Upon receiving a low snap, Stoeckell’s knee touched the ground at Kent State’s own 12-yard line for a 14-yard loss.
